Andrew De Vivo (Piano - Composer - Arranger)
Biography
Andrea De Vivo was born in Naples,Italy.
He studied piano with Maestro Salvatore Pierno and graduated
in 1993 at the "San Pietro a Majella" in Naples.He has great musical experiences like Piano Concerts, Choir Arrangements and also played Pop & Dance Music with various popular Bands in Naples. In 1994 he worked with the actor and director Mariano Rigillo participating to the "XV Review "City show" in Benevento.In 1996 he took part with the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Fabula Maris" for a Show called: "Vox Animae".
In 2000, with the actors Italo Celoro and Gigio Morra participates in a Show
called: "Vivianesca" (playing songs and poems written by Raffaele Viviani)
Andrew also studied "Blues" with the famous pianist Joe Amoruso
In 2003 he attended the course for "Composers of light music"
organized by the CET in Umbria (directed by the great Composer Mr.Mogol)
He works with schools as Theatre Composer & Arranger.
He recorded "Sport Voyage" (a sound track for the National RAI - Rome 1995)
In 2002 he recorded a CD titled "Comm 'a Fronna" (classic Neapolitan Songs)
In 2004 he recorded a new CD "Crastule 'e specchio" (Songs and poems by Raffaele Viviani)
In 2008 he participated as author for a new released CD "What we give to the World" produced by "Artists Parthenopeans for UNICEF"
Frank Cimmino (Guitar - Mandolin - Voice - Songwriter)
Biography
“Frank is one of the most versatile and creative musician I ever met in my life...he can play the guitar for a Latin love song like Corcovado just with that same warm and beautiful touch he plays the Mandolin for a Neapolitan melody, but the “miracle” happens when he adds his warm voice to his playing… a true musician I'm so proud to call friend“ Mino.
Frank Cimmino (guitar & mandolin player - singer - composer) from Naples (Italy)
A Musician with a “built in” passion and natural great talent, he studied classical guitar privately for five years and at the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella in Naples for five more years. He also attended "Jazz Improvisation Technique" courses for eight years.
Work-wise, Frank has always been very open to "music research" that through the years led him to experiment his experience with different genres, from Classical to Folk, from English Pop to Standard American. Versatile musician, he has also broadened his artistic experience in the genre Latin and Neapolitan music, performing as guitarist and singer in various bands so called "The Carenga", "Naples Night", "Ndringhete and ndra" ... and as a "one man band" he has been performing during the last twenty years for the most prestigious Hotels and Clubs in Europe, United States, Japan and several countries in the Middle East.
As a "Songwriter", Frank composed and recorded numerous songs, like "Culure", "Ancora qui" and others that are listed in his latest album "Franco Cimmino Live".
Pako Avolio (Drums & Percussion)
Biography
Pachi (Pasquale Avolio) was born in Naples (Italy) in September '68
"A true Neapolitan Drummer and Percussionist by blood, thanks to his remarkable and colorful wealth of experience, a particular capacity to deal with all kinds of music with the same skill and high creativity, special talents who can claim only those like him that have studied with true passion and played for years and years, always with the best musicians around... Pako learned a lot from the great drummer Agostino Marangola, plus he attended to a professional course for Electronic Drum, "Ensamble Music" and Recording Studio technique.
He was also part of a touring Show with Renato Morra, then with Donatella Milani and many other Italian famous singers. With Maestro A. De Vivo, Pachi has played in several shows for the Italian tenor Dario Sebastiani.
